The frontward building covers 6 dwelling units with central heating, which can be used also during the winter months. Two of them have open fireplaces as well.
The rear building covers another 6 dwelling units, and 2 maisonnettes.
The units are of different sizes and can accommodate from 2 up to 4 persons.

Each of them has a living-room, partly with bed or convertible sofa, a separate bedroom either with a double bed or with two single beds, a bathroom with WC, balcony or terrace (partly with sea view), satellite TV set and air conditioning.

Most spacious are the suites.
